Hi 

I am getting an error since last 2 months regarding an issue of updating some details at Shopify balance account since then i tried to update its got showing this error

"You have reached the maximum number of attempts for submitting your details. You need to contact support to make any changes.Contact support"

My Shopify debit card and credit cards were connected with several merchants like facebook , tiktok etc . i am not able to run the finance  due to this issue . 

Every time i contact them on chat they just give a response that they have forwarded to the concern team they will make a contact via email but no once contacted yet . i do check my email everyday. i have a made a contact with them 4 to 4 times but issue is still there. this is so frustrating . please let me know if anybody got an alternative way to resolve this issue .
