Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I'm getting this message when I try to pay for my store. "You tried to add a payment method too many times. Please contact support."
And I also can't contact support through live chat because when I got to do that it says "select your store to continue" and my store shows up but I can't select it.
and there is an option to select " Continue without selecting a shop " but it directs me only to the Help Center and Community.
So what should I do now? I need help, please.

However, I know you mentioned you previously had troubles selecting your store when visiting our Help Center, so if this happens again when you use this link, I recommend clearing your browser cache before visiting our Help Center again.
