Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
"You tried to add a payment method too many times. Please contact support." This is the msg I'm receiving while purchasing the Shopify plan. Please help me reset this.

As the message suggests, you've tried to add a payment method too many times that is failing every time so the system has timed out.
If you contact our Support we can reset the system to accept more payment attempts, but you will need to speak to your credit card provider or PayPal about why your card or account is failing in the first place.
Please go to this page and click Contact Support so that you can request a reset for your attempts.
