your cart has been updated and the items you added can be shipped to your address

I have a couple of clients in the US that had this error (after two years no changing our shipping settings) :s

 

I tried as an option, creating the order directly in Shopify with my client's info and sent them to complete the check out and it gave the same error, what options do I have so that the customer can make their purchase?

Hi @isaldivia,

 

Are these clients based in different states/ cities, or do they seem to be closely located? Are they trying to order products that have recently been added to your store?

 

This error can appear for a variety of reasons so it is hard to say definitively what is causing it. I would recommend first checking that the products added to the cart have their "This is a physical product" option checked:

You'll also want to ensure that the location(s) these products are stocked at have the "Fulfill online orders from this location" option checked:

If these options were checked, please let me know and we can troubleshoot further.
