Hello, I have this problem with my store. 
i added and configured shopify payments and then my customers get this error please help me 😕

How many customers have come to you with this issue please?

 

Have you also tried to do a test payment yourself? You can enable test mode on your store and simulate a transaction which we have instructions for here.

 

Otherwise, this may be a local issue on the customers end where they may need to clear their cache & cookies, use another card or try another browser?

This sounds like it may be an account - specific information so the best steps from here would be for you to get in touch with our Support Advisors through chat or callbacks. They will be able to authenticate you and look into your store in our back - end - from here they will be able to enquire with our technical support team and escalate this if needed!
