I'm so angry about this!


"Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account".

 

Thanks, Shopify for basically freezing my payments on Best business Days and having NO phone number to call and resolve this.

 

I speak with chat more than 3 times and every time they told me that all this will be resolved in 72h. now is about 5 days and i have 0 responses and i need to resume my work.

 

So disappointed that I cannot speak to a human on the phone to get this resolved.

HELP!!!

I appreciate you reaching out about this and can understand this might be frustrating to wait for an update. 

 

This banner within your admin is usually down to a standard check carried out by our Accounts Department for merchant security and compliance with requirements and Terms of Service with Shopify Payments. This is a requirement from our banking partners.

The Accounts team work as quickly as possible as we understand how important payouts can be for cashflow. It can take a few business days to complete a review, but I want to reiterate that it's done in the interest of you and customer's security.  If the Accounts team need any further information or clarification, they will email you. However, if you wish to schedule a callback and request an update on your situation, you can make a callback request here at this page. Phone callbacks are currently available depending on our contact volume hence this option isn't always showing, only when we have capacity, so seeing this option may vary.
