While I appreciate your sense of urgency with your payouts being on hold, Shopify reviews all accounts to make that they are compliant. We cannot access your account from the community forums and if you contact support (as you've mentioned you have) they cannot provide much more context than what has been communicated to you already by our escalated teams.
We cannot provide definite timelines for when the review will be concluded, but please rest assured that our team is working as fast as we can.
