They only escalate it to the internal team. Believe it or not I have another payment hold. Its the second hold in 1 month, I mailed I talked to support I just hope this is resolved this week asap. Its frustrating because invoices have to be payed, and allround cashflow is impacted because of this. Hope to hear from them asap.
