Hi, @Foggys.

Welcome to the Shopify Community.

When using Shopify Payments, our Financial Services team may do checks on accounts and take a look at the overall well-being of a store. This can include reviewing requested documents, how soon orders are fulfilled, and any high-risk orders that may be placed. This helps our Financial Services team determine our merchants continued eligibility to use Shopify Payments.

Generally, reviews may take between 1-3 business days and our teams do try their very best to get back to our merchants within this timeline. If our Financial Services team needs additional information, they would reach out to you directly via email with information or the next steps. However, this could take longer depending on the volume of work or if any additional information is required from the team. Therefore, I would request you to keep an eye out for any emails from our team and reply directly to that email for further clarification. Please be sure to check your inbox, spam folder, junk email, etc.

I understand that this is important for your store's functionality and assure you that we are working on this to ensure the review is completed as quickly as possible. Once the review is done and payouts are enabled, you will no longer see a banner regarding the hold on your admin page.

For more information, please review our Shopify Payments FAQ.

I hope this helps!
