Help with Shopify Translate and adapt app

Hi, I use this app in another store with the same theme and works well. In this store, I installed and everything worked out with the installation, but the app does not work here, it is not displayed at the website. I contacted Shopify support and they said the problem was my theme. But like I said, I did the same in another store with the same theme and it all worked out. Can someone help me identify what code might be getting in the way?
