Help with sync picture from storefront

Hi, Can anyone help me with this:

At the storefront I have added one collection from a general menu in a section and in another section I have added this general section. For exemple: The menu in Apparel has clothes, shoes, sets, acessories..... So I added Sets in one section and below I have added the Apparel in another section.

The problem is: If I add a product in the Sets collection, this product will also show in the apparel collection, Is there any way to make sure the product is not repeated? That is, if the product has already appeared in one section it does not appear in the other
