Overlapping elements header

I have a problem with the search and login account elements in the header of my website. When the width screen size is over 990px these two elements overlap.

I've tried to fix it by modifying the source code but I don't find the file that contains the header elements. In Chrome's inspect element feature i can see what seems to be the problem, the search icon and the login icon are in different containers what may cause them to overlap.

I don't really understand how shopify code works, all help will be appreciated!
