REST API product and variant end points will be deprecate on API version 2024-04, If there is any other option to get product count and variant count end points using graphQL
As of 2024-04, fields that returned a count of resources will be removed and replaced with new count fields that have consistent API design and improved features, https://shopify.dev/changelog/scheduled
