Quick-Add Button not working on Collection Pges or Home Page, Error: ModalDialog.preventDuplicatedId

Hoping someone can point me in a direction here.

The quick-add buttons are not working for me if there is more than one variant. After reviewing my code and not finding anything funky in it (or I missed it), I used inspect and found a js error message, details below.

I have searched to see if this is something others have experienced, but nothing is popping up in my internet searches. 

Any suggestions on a possible fix? I have no issues working with liquid, but I am not that familiar with js.

I rebuilt the entire site on the latest version of Dawn. I figured it would take less time that trying to find the error.
