Redisign list-collections-template.liquid page

Im looking for a way to fix/code this page. This page looking very poor, not alliged, photos are pulling bad. Is this something i can do myself or i need collaboration with partner?

is this something complex? I seen more dynamic pages with collections and writings under and texts on same page.
