Updating Inventory Policy from API

We are trying to update the "Inventory Policy" field from the API, everything gets set correctly but after a while the field "Inventory Management" gets nulled and this makes the inventory policy and stock disappear from the UI, and if we send the data again everything is correct then it gets nulled again.

How soon after does it get cleared? Could there be another app overwriting your changes?

We don't have any other app overwriting the products and it gets cleared after 1 hr

Can you please provide the request ID from the last update you run (before it's overwritten). This can be found in the response headers.
