Updating Products from Supplier API

I have been using my suppliers CSV files to upload my products, they recently provided me with another option (Pricelist Datafeed API) which would automate and sync the products (every time their pricing or stock changes, it automatically will change on my site as well.

I unfortunately just cant figure out how to use/install/imbed it 

They provided me with a URL and API Token and thats all and they are not providing me with any help.

For this you need a custom APP. Where your store product will mapped with supplier product id.

Then a scheduler will run daily or twice a day or a webhook which will let the API know that change has happen and you need to update your price.
