Why are my products from collections not showing up in the collections list

Hi I have been trying to make my product show up in my online store, I am using the dawn theme, for some reason when I preview my collection that has active products that have been published it takes me to a product grid that says it has "no products found". I have tried all the solutions from other dissussion forums and none of htme worked. From changing the url, to re-adding the product to shopify and to the collection, nothing has worked. I have made many collections and want to make a page for all my collections so that customers can choose which collection to shop from, but when I click on a collection there are no products in that collection when the products in the admin are active and in that specific collection, all it reads in product details are no product found, the products are not missing. This is consistent with all my collections, even when I input a featured collection the products do not show it only shows the default place holder. When I go into the collection in admin and preview it it comes up with no products found in the product grid, even when there are products in that collection in admin that are active and have been published. I have received and read many solitons and tired them all but none of them have worked, these include changing the url, making sure products are active, making sure products are uploaded to online store, remaking products in the store, making sure the supplier still provides the products, remaking the collections, making new themes and pages, new templates. But through all of it my products in my collection still do not show up in the collection page in the online store editor, this is also consistent with any featured collection list that I add or any product that I add. I have published them to the store, i have been looking for a solution but I have not been able to find one for a long time. pls help me. fyi: I have been using dsers to upload products and am not sure if that affects this problem as I am having a separate issue with dsers when I try to upload products the product upload gets stuck at 90% and to fix it I have been logging on using different devices but the problem still persists, it is not an issue with patients and loading time as I waited for 72 hours for a product to load and it stayed at 90% the entire time before it said the "request timed out" this is extremley infuriating as I have 100+ more products to load and it has taken me a month to load 18. It would be a miracle if someone could help me solve both these issues.

If you already did all the troubleshooting steps needed for this, there might be a theme or system issue going on. I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so their technical team can further investigate this one for you. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
