changement de quantité dans mon panier

Lors du changement de quantité produit dans mon panier via les boutons "+" et "-"  il arrive pas a calculer le nouveau total mais quand le changement est fait manuellement ( en mettant directement le numero ) le changement se fait naturellment 
aiez moi svp
