How can I add Wishlist functionalities instead of Cart on my Shopify Website (Theme : Concept)

Hi guys, 

I hope you are all well ?

I had a little question : I don't want people to buy on my website, I'd rather they make a wishlist and then ask a quote instead of buying.

Do you have any recommandations regarding Apps or plugins I could use in order to achieve that ? Replace the cart by a wishlist icon etc. ?
