Problem Integration Shopify/ Facebook : System users can not have duplicate names.

J'ai contacté l'assistance Facebook / Shopify , et personne je dis bien PERSONNE ne sait comment régler ce problème. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide car cela me bloque entièrement.

We've got the same issue. No one can tell us how to fix it or whats wrong.
Apperently its someting with the Graph API token request

Yes its like WTF , contacted the support Facebook , got 3 calls with them (approx 2 hours phone) nobody can tell me the problem. Contacted the support shopify to finally have an export looking for it which are like giving no answers about the problem and its like nobody care

Facebook didnt know what was wrong, after they didnt respond for more than 72 hours, told me to talk to Shopify support.
Then reached out to Shopify, they didnt know it either. Was asked to reach out to Facebook support, now still 2 weeks later no solution to it besides working with a facebook app to set up the fb pixel.

Yeah its exactly the same here , contacted both support, nobody knows from where the problem is and its super boring because its looks like they dont want to resolve the problem. May i ask how you are working with the pixel now and tracking the Facebook pixel since the integration isnt done ? i tried adding code manually from Facebook but its only tracking Page View , not add to cart / proceed to checkout / purchase etc ... so im doing advertising blindly right now ! Would love your advice

And yeah had the same about  facebook telling its Shopify faults they cant do nothing , and shopify saying its Facebook fault they can't do nothing. Hope this problem will be fix soon.

There are apps who  deals with facebook pixels. Just use one of them.
