I'd be happy to look into this with you. Could you share the link to the affected page so I can see if I can recreate the issue? If you have a customer password on the store you can temporarily change it so that I can access the page and then change it back once we're done troubleshooting.

Did you customize the template in the theme editor?
Can you open the page from the preview link within the page details?
