Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I'm looking to add our return policy to our POS email/SMS receipts when customer make purchases in-store. I'm having a hard time figuring out what line of code I'd have to use and where to put it in the Shopify template.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm also having a hard time adding return policy to emailed or texted receipts in store from POS.
I also need to know how to do this. It kind of defeats the purpose of a return policy if it can't be on the email receipt. It would be really dumb if we had to force customers to have a physical receipt because we can't add the policy to the digital receipt they select.
