From the screenshot you provided, that account is not under a paid plan. However, what can sometimes happen, is merchants make duplicate accounts by mistake. This can happen when you attempt to log in but instead select start trial.
To learn if you have multiple accounts, head to our recovery page and input your email address. The system will then email you any accounts that are registered to this email. If there is more than one, there is a high chance you have paid for one account, but are logging into another. To close one of the accounts, simply head to Settings > Plans & Permissions > Close Store.
Since you are new, once you have resolved the above issue, I recommend using our Launch Checklist before you go live. This will ensure you have completed all the necessary steps to launching a successful store.
