Can anyone please advise, we are getting transaction failed error message when clicking the 'Buy it now' button.

Hey, @chek-tech 

 

I'd be happy to look into this for you. Are you currently on a free trial or paused plan? The store's on those plans will have a disabled checkout until a paid plan is set up.
