Apple Pay and Google Pay on Tap-Chip Swipe Reader

Does your Tap-chip-swipe reader work with Contactless payments? Ours is not working but Shopify says we accept it. Anybody with experience?

Actually, I found the answer on Shopify s manual. After you choose Credit/Debit on the checkout screen, customer needs to click the green checkmark button on the card reader then the reader turns into the contactless mode. After that, they can use their card or device for the payment
