This has been going on for approximately a month now.
With "automatically print receipts" enabled on the POS app, it takes 5-10 seconds for the receipt to print, or else it does not print at all and we have to go into the "orders" menu, manually select the order and print the receipt from there.
We run a busy shop and this is really holding up the line, this needs to be resolved.
Shopify POS version 9.2525.0
iPadOS 16.6.1

Our internet is 3gbps up/down, so our connection is not the problem.

Maybe try this workaround: in your iPad’s Bluetooth settings, forget the printer, then re-pair it and restart the POS app. Also, disable “automatically print receipts,” process a single order manually and then re-enable auto-print. Typing these commands will reset print queue behavior and should speed up receipt responses.
