Hello,
When I place an order, and on the last screen I tap on "print receipt" everything works great. But when I go to Settings > Receipt settings > Automatically print receipts, it does not work. I cannot even tap on the "print receipt" anymore because it is stuck on "Printing Receipt...". We need that to happen so the staff can take care of orders in the back.
How can I have the receipt print automatically on all orders placed with the POS? I have both the Epson and Star micronics, both have the same issue on Bluetooth and Wifi so it must be a POS software issue.

Hey there Jack @JackTr Have you tried out all the basic troubleshooting steps like uninstalling and re-installing the apps? If you’ve done those as well as cross checking the printer connection, then I highly recommend reaching out to Shopify support to see if they can give you any further clarity on what the issues may be.
