Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I have a Shopify Advance Plan. Why my B2B clients are getting the wholesaler price first but when checking out in the cart shows the regular customer price? How can I fix this.

Since we do not have account or store-specific access to information from the Community forums, it would be best to speak directly with our live support about the situation. You can get in direct contact with our live support by navigating to the Help Center.
Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor.
