The POS app has been reading barcodes weirdly since the update from 7.0.3. When we scan something with the barcode scanner, some of the digits are missing. But when we shift to the green Shopify admin app, everything works fine.
Anyone encountering the same problem as us?
Yes! I am at a show today and half my products don't show in the POS app! They are in my store admin but not in the POS app
The only solution while Shopify is taking such a long time to fix this problem is to scan with my iPad camera. But I really hope Shopify can do something asap.
We are having the same issue. The barcode scanner is missing the last digit.
