Being charged for POS

I do not use POS am still being charged. Have sent a claim with my bank , uninstalled the App months ago.

We use Square in the store (cheaper) can someone assist.

I understand that you are seeing billing charges for the POS subscription, have you deactivated the subscription in your store admin? The account owner will have access to make this change at any time. You can adjust your subscription for POS by opening the Point of Sale app in your store admin and going to Settings > Subscriptions. You mentioned that you have opened a claim with your bank for these charges. It is important to note that if you have a claim open with your bank for this billing card all Shopify accounts and services connected to the card will be disabled as soon as the claim is processed. This is a safety measure for both yourself and Shopify to ensure no additional billing fees can be sent to that card. This could affect your store's ability to process orders if it is the same card on file for your standard billing fees. I recommend cancelling the claim with your bank and connecting with our support team first to see if a refund of these fees is an option.
