Can I bypass third-party fees for non-dangerous goods sales?

I have to use a third party for dangerous goods transactions.  I own a shotshell ammo business. 

Wanting to sell shirts, hats and other product but I dont want my sales for those goods to go through the 3rd party transaction system and pay extra for percentage fees.

is there a way of doing this?
