Can I create a product in POS and be able to customize the info on every sale?

I own an antique / home decor store with literally thousands of individual and unique items.  Is there a way to customize an "Antique" product so I can change the details with every sale without doing a custom sale everytime?

To actually answer your question:

No, Shopify POS doesn't allow products where you can customize the
product's attributes on a per-sale basis. The best you can do at this time
is a custom sale.

Hey ToddH 

The one suggestion I have would be to check out the app Variable Priced product (here). It is sometimes a better option for these situations than just the custom sale feature.
