Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
Hello, I'm a customer and purchased a shoe from this store.
However, i was not provided a receipt, and they have not responded to my communication attempts.
I paid through PayPal.
Do I go to PayPal and dispute the transaction?
Or does Shopify have ends customer support we can reach?

I understand you have a concern about your order. While we provide the tools to business owners to start their own online stores, we don't manage the businesses so we are unable to follow up on the matter. We can take reports and complaints about stores, however, we are also unable to help with a dispute. Since this is the case, your best bet is to reach out to PayPal for assistance. They can help you dispute the transaction. Feel free to go over this FAQ page to learn more about what you can do in this case.
