Can I set a discount amount directly in collection settings or API?

I have a question about discounts on my collection.

We would like to sell at a discount than usual, such as the spring ◯◯ sale.
As a method, I would like to create a collection for sale and set a discount amount for the products belonging to that collection. Is this possible?

As a condition, is it possible to set the discount amount in the collection settings or API without using the discount coupon? Discount coupons cannot be used in combination with other coupons, so we will not use them.

I think that it is a collection setting or API, but if there is another method, I would appreciate it if you could teach me.
