Can I use POS abroad for my art sales?

Hello

I have a Shopify Store with a US Address.

I will be traveling through Costa Rica for the next year, selling my artwork. Can I use Shopify POS Touchless and Manual Entry? 
I am hoping to accept cards from US, Europe and Costa Rica. Please advise if I need to change my store address or if I am all set to go.
