B) You can set the channel for every single product to POS and deselect
Online Store for every single product.

On top of @hstb's suggestions, you can also opt to subscribe to our Starter Plan instead, which now includes POS Lite for free.

For context, the Starter Plan costs $5 USD per month and doesn't include an online store. This plan is typically tailored for businesses that are looking to sell via social media, without the need of having an online store. Seeing as you aren't looking to have an online store yourself either, the Starter Plan would be my suggestion here for you to look into to avoid paying extra for features in the Basic Plan that you may not need (ie. an online store).
