Can't access POS settings in my shopify web interface

I open up my shopify web interface (where I can see orders, create new products, edit website, etc etc) and if I click on "POS" it actually tries to load the page then simply returns "Gateway Error" This just started happening today. Is anyone else experiencing this?

An issue with accessing the Point of Sale channel in your admin actually emerged earlier. This is why you were encountering an error message when attempting to load the page. Fortunately, our developers were immediately aware so they were able to fix the issue. I'm pleased to let you know that you are now able to access the POS channel in your admin. Thanks for your patience as we worked on getting it fixed!

 

If you're still unable to access the page, please perform the following troubleshooting steps and attempt to access the POS channel after going through each one to see if they resolve the problem.

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues. When using incognito, if you are still experiencing the error, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Try the Shopify Mobile app
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
