Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I am unable to login to POS from my tablet, which means I can not run transactions or process payments. Still able to log in from my desktop, though. The support chat window is not working, either. Help!

It sounds like a device-specific issue. First, try clearing the cache on your tablet or reinstalling the Shopify POS app to see if that resolves the login issue. Ensure your tablet's OS is up to date and that your internet connection is stable.
If the issue persists, try logging in from a different mobile device to determine if it's specific to your tablet. Since the support chat isn't working, you can reach Shopify Support via email or phone through Shopify's Help Center. If urgent, consider processing payments manually through an alternate method until the issue is resolved
So, it does appear to be device specific. I even went as far as factory resetting my tablet that is used as my POS terminal and it still can't log in, but I was able to install Shopify POS on my personal phone and it is working there. Shopify no longer has e-mail or phone support of any kind that I know of.
