Can you dropship and upsell name brand items at wholesale prices?

Can you dropship/upsell name brands items( with still giving them credit) that sell at a wholesale price?

Generally speaking, I would suggest staying away from selling branded goods unless you have received the needed permissions to resell the goods. Selling branded products without being registered as a "reseller" not only violates the Shopify Terms of Service, but can also lead to further repercussion.
