Can you enable multiple locations for inventory tracking on POS?

Good afternoon everyone,

I've been using Shopify POS for the last seven years in my two B&M stores. We have always had 2 "locations" for sales purposes but have only had 1 location that inventory is pulled from for both e-commerce and B&M inventory. I am looking to enable locations for inventory for the two stores, but I am hesitant because Shopify is saying the change can not be reversed once changed. 

Before making the change, I was looking to find some Shopify "demo" with enabled locations to get an idea of how the system works with multiple inventory tracking locations. I have not been able to find anything like that. Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

If anyone currently uses multiple locations for inventory tracking, what are your thoughts, pros, and cons? Would anyone be willing to share screenshots of what some of the main bulk editing screens look like?
