We’re experiencing ongoing discrepancies with our cash register totals. The amounts are off by several hundred dollars daily, and there doesn’t seem to be a consistent pattern—it sometimes shows more than expected, sometimes less. Even on days with no cash transactions, the register total changes from the starting amount. This issue has persisted for over a year, and despite checking our cash handling process and reviewing available documentation, we haven’t found a solution. It appears to be a system-related issue. We would really appreciate any help or insight into resolving this!

If you are facing issue with your cashback analytics or wrong report then the easy and effective way is to ask your Query from the Shopify Ai.
On the top right icon you will see a Shopify Ai in the Admin. Just click on it and demand for the sales analytics.
It will show you the correctly data and later on you able to save it.
