Latest update has entirely change how the checkout screen looks. Your users are not all 21 years old. Some are older! They do much better with 1) LARGER BUTTONS AND LABELS, 2) WORDS instead of random icons, 3) COLOURS instead of everything in black and white.

And your retailers in general? They need STABILITY. Shopify's business model of change for the sake of change is driving us insane. I hope your stockholders are happy because they are the only people that must be?

I am aware that you are not happy with the way in which Shopify has redesigned and changed its checkout. The elderly require bigger keys, written indicators as well as high visibility features to be able to easily use it.

Stability is what traders would wish for; however, continuous upgrading hampers smooth running of activities which may become expensive. While this could keep investors happy, the emphasis on innovation puts consumer loyalty at stake.
