Same issue here. I called both shopify retail support and shopify plus support and no one knows anything. They are more than willing to read to me from the manual I found myself an hour ago though. What a joke.
Same issue. 2 of our 6 active systems did not charge last night. Charging dock appears to be the issue. They appear to be backordered at Shopify. We're charging with external batteries and just laying the Chipper out on the checkout table. Looks sketchy (not-professional). But it keeps the register lane open.
