We are in a touristic area. Our returning customer rate less than %5 so collecting their emails very important for us. All apps made in for websites.
How do you collect customer`s email addresses?
Can we classify them by their purchased items or collections or with tags?
How do you get their emails at the register after purchase? Do you offer deals?
We collect user names, first and last, and their email. The "digital receipt tracking" is a sale factor for many. They appreciate that they don't have to have their receipt for a refund. So we collect their email and first and last name during the transaction and record it into shopify POS, then tell them that they'll have some points on the website to redeem for free goods if they feel invested enough to create an account using that email address online.
