Commission based service

Hello Shopify Team,

How do I set up a commission based portrait artist website on Shopify.

I just want to display a portfolio gallery and descriptions of past commissions so people can see what service I provide.

I do not want ''price, stock, sale'' around this image because they are previous portrait commissions that are only examples and not available.

Is that possible with Shopify?

Also, is it possible to do a ''tick the box'' method for commissioning sales on shopify?

Example: (tick the box questions to include in shopping basket)
How many people.
What size.
Which medium.
Date commission needs to be done by.
Upload photo reference.

I would really appreciate some help around this.
