Customer contacts not updating for addresses

I am looking to get a report on all addresses by filtering for cities > exist or not null. I just added some new ones but they are not showing up in the filter. They do not have email addresses or phone numbers but still id like to get a report on addresses. I put at least 20 in recently and they are not showing up in the filters
