Retail hardware, software, and Shopify Point of Sale
I use a Shopify POS at conventions. For some of the Orders taken at the show, in the Customer field "No customer" is written out. This is usually for cash sales.
However, for some orders, the Customer field is blank. These are usually credit card orders. I am assuming this is a security feature with the specific credit card, which is fine. But, orders with that field left blank are not brough over into my accounting software. Is there a setting I can change so that these orders get the "No customer" in the Customer field?
