Deactive My inactive account and complete an offboarding process

Hi there. I paused my account last year so it is inactive I would like to just deactive the account and complete the “offboarding” process. It shows that I have an outstanding balance that I would like to pay but its not giving me an option to just pay the amount I have to reopen the account which I dont want to do. I need to remove shopify from my social media platforms so that I can add my new domain and platform can I please get some assistance with this?

If you are looking to disconnect your domain from an old Shopify account you used to run, you can certainly do that. However, you will need to reach out through one of our authenticated channels (Live chat, phones, or email) as we cannot offer this support over forums.
