Disable listings of single TCG Cards?

Does anyone know of a method to disable listings of single TCG cards on our online storefront? We use Shopify PoS for buying and selling cards in-store, but do not use it as an online store. However, cards automatically get listed online when we use the "Buy" function at our counter in-store. Is there a way to de-list those so people don't place online orders for cards we no longer have?

We've tried several methods with no success.

See attached! This is just one example - we have thousands that are "uploaded" to our store. We've tried disabling the listing of those categories, but they still show up.
